The Great Lakes Pro Bib was built to solve the same problem that plagues most fishing outerwear: protection that comes at the cost of movement. Traditional bibs rely on heavy fabrics and rigid construction that restrict how anglers actually move on the water. We took a different approach, engineering a bib that delivers storm-level protection while preserving full freedom of motion.
Constructed with a stretch poly/spandex 3-layer shell and precision patterning throughout, the Pro Bib moves naturally with your body. Whether you’re crouching to land a fish, stepping up onto the deck, or reaching deep into storage, mobility is never compromised. Articulation is built into the design, allowing the bib to flex, bend, and react exactly when and where you need it, without fighting you.
Weather protection is uncompromising. A waterproof and windproof 20k/30k laminate paired with fully taped seams creates an impenetrable barrier against rain, spray, and biting wind. Inside, a smooth polyester lining allows for easy layering and quick transitions on and off, even when boots are already on. Waist-high AquaGuard® leg zips further simplify entry and exit, whether you’re gearing up at the dock or adjusting mid-day.
Fit and function are dialed for long hours on open water. Adjustable suspenders with silicone grip stay locked in place through constant movement, while molded waist adjusters fine-tune the fit without adding bulk. Reflective detailing enhances visibility in low-light conditions, and integrated D-rings provide secure attachment points for safety gear. A streamlined six-pocket system keeps essentials accessible without interfering with casting, boat control, or movement.
Designed as part of a complete outerwear system, the Great Lakes Pro Bib integrates seamlessly with the Pro Jacket and mid-layer pieces, allowing anglers to adapt to changing conditions while staying dry, mobile, and focused when it matters most.
